To be eligible for a refund, the gemstone must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and certifications intact. - The gemstone must show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration. - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
How to Request a Refund:- Contact us within 7-10 days of receiving your gemstone to initiate the return process. - Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. - Please ensure the gemstone is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
Processing Refunds: -
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:-
Any gemstones that have been modified or damaged after purchase are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
